PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and a hands-on  “Production Manager” for our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using her / his engineering and leader expertise to shape the whole process in achieving goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Let's talk about you...

• You are a graduate of Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrialor other Engineering Faculties.
• Minimum 10 years production experience as manager in automotive industry,
• You are experienced in conflict management.
• You have a strong background in LEAN manufacturing system, at least 5 years.
• You are a decision-maker and problem-solver person and you have strong leadership qualities: quality-oriented and initiative.
• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.
• You are willing to travel domestic and abroad, you have a driver license. (Class B)
• Pro- active, quality and result oriented, change and improvement oriented,
• Advanced analytical thinking ,Planning, organization and problem-solving skills,
• Team management, coaching and leadership experience,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Able to adapt to intense work pace, prone to teamwork, good communication,
•  Good diction, strong representation ability,
•  High reporting skills,
•  Capable of working in coordination with Grey&Blue Collar Team Management and other units,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality and respect of the product) during the operations.
• You are responsible for implementing 5S principles in all production area.
• You are able to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group.
• You work in coordination with other departments, regarding production processes.
• You improve production quality standards.
• Experience in plastic injection processstamping, assembly and robotic lines,
• ERP knowledge is an asset,
• Monitoring daily production process and optimizing production performance in order to achieve targets,
• Manage personnel schedules (shifts, overtime etc…) according to operational needs,
• Lead the team; provide guidance and leadership for their performance and development,
• Contribute to define the continuous Improvement Action Plan (5 S, Kaizen  etc.. ),
• Follow the production related problems very closely and deciding about their deadlines,
• Adapt the human resources to the workload,
• Ensure coordination between different departments,
• Participate in projects sites reviews,
• Determine the necessity of the training,Control the internal training and polyvalence of the staff,
• Experienced in TPM, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing and their implementations on the field,
• To ensure that the production processes are carried out in a planned way to meet the determined cost and quality targets in accordance with production planning,
• To follow technical developments and innovations related to its own task and to develop applicable improvements in cooperation.
• To review customer demands and expectations in terms of production conditions and accepted norms,
• To make investment plans related to the area of responsibility and to prepare the budget, Preparation of standard work instructions,
• Monitoring and evaluating the production personnel performances , OEE, developments and reporting them to the Plant Manager,
