NTT DATA Business Solutions is currently seeking ambitious and motivated Senior IT Business Analysts to join our fast growing and exciting Consulting team in Turkey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (banking sector must)

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills.

Strong ability to work with both business, technology and operation stakeholders,

Knowledgeable about Agile Methodology,

Good problem-solving skills, Eager to learn new technologies & digital tools,

Experience on Jira and Confluence is a plus,

Strong team player and team leadership skills,

Role Definition:

Meet with clients to determine business and functional and technical requirements.

Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.

Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Have the opportunity to work in the top tier insurance projects.

You will be expected to complete your assignments within the agreed deadlines and pro-actively monitor the progress of your assigned tasks
