We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and support pipeline growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start in B2B marketing andgrow into a sales-focused career path over time.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, and solution sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
Key Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and customer-facing roles
- Basic understanding of lead management processes and funnel stages (MQL to SQL)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., SAP C4C) and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate with sales and solution sales teams to support pipeline generation
- Interest in joining prospect calls, demos, and customer interactions
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to track campaign performance and improve results
- Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Description
