We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist  to join our Marketing team!

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in Sales, Tele-Sales or Telemarketing positions (preferably IT sector)
• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) effectively,
• Can speak fluently and effectively on the phone, with good diction,
• Teamwork and responsible oriented,
• Ability to work target oriented,
• Strong communication skills,
• Can use CRM system or prone to learn.

Job Description

• To take the necessary actions by reaching potential client candidates via phone and mail in line with the determined target search lists, to support the acquisition of new customers (lead generation, demand generation, status inquiry, update)
• Listen to customer requests via phone and mail, direct them to the relevant team
• Take an active role in the entry of sales opportunities from the Sales / Marketing team into the CRM system and updating the information,
• To create and update the database, and to report,
• Regularly conducting market research.
