We are looking for an “Outlet Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
• Preferably with previous experience of working in luxury segment hotels,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, organizing, managing and cordinating the daily operation and administration of the outlet,
• Ensure high-quality service to achieve guest satisfaction,
• Developing strategies to achieve sales target,
• Managing staff, provide training, and monitor performance,
• Handle inventory management and cost control,
• Maintain regular communication with hotel management and provide reporting.
