SALES MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Manager plays a critical role in effectively managing the company’s sales strategies to achieve its goals. This position is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, increasing revenue, and efficiently managing operational processes. It is an ideal opportunity for professionals with experience in real estate, tourism, hospitality, or our current industry, who possess strategic thinking skills and strong leadership abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in real estate, tourism, hospitality, or our current industry, particularly in hotel sales management, real estate project sales, or related fields
Experienced in sales lead management (lead generation, lead quality analysis, and conversion to sales), managing relationships with brokers and real estate agents, building a regional customer portfolio, and conducting budgeting, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and market evaluations
Proficiency in managing the team reporting to the position (Guest Relations Manager, office assistants, cleaning staff, etc.) and effectively coordinating operational processes
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and achieving financial targets for the responsible region
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategies to achieve set targets
Manage the team reporting to the position, coordinate operational processes, and ensure efficient workflow
Prepare, manage, and report the budget for the responsible region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct market analysis, evaluate sales data, and identify growth opportunities
Ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing and product development teams
Regularly evaluate the performance of the team reporting to the position and provide feedback for their development
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management to support strategic decision-making
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales management processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining corporate standards
