Business Manager

We are looking for a “Business Manager” for our international client in Chemical Industry.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 4+ year of experience in a related area (preferably in sales/technical sales)
• Good technical knowledge at least in 2-3 industries (e.g. paints & coatings, composite etc.)
• Excellent command of English
• Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities

İŞ TANIMI

• To develop and implement strategies to capture opportunities and grow business with current and prospective customers.
• To identify key decision makers, products, pricing, technical support needs, and other resources to execute strategy and close sales.
• To identify new business opportunities, and create distinctive value for customers in new market segments
• To manage risk: Accounts receivable, credit management, contract management and pricing.
• To develop and manage marketing tools, such as customer communication, direct marketing, presentations, seminars
• To build and increase knowledge of products for industrial applications of various product lines
