As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent & People Manager who will play a key role in building the team that shapes our future.

This is not a traditional HR role—it's an opportunity to help build the team, organization, and culture behind a fast-growing company.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond filling open positions—someone who proactively identifies exceptional talent, builds high-performing teams, and helps shape the organization behind them.

While talent acquisition will be your primary focus, you'll also contribute to organization development, people processes, employee experience, and culture as the company continues to grow.

Your Mission

Help accelerate Okul.com.tr's growth by attracting exceptional talent, strengthening our organization, and creating an environment where high-performing people can do their best work. 

What You'll Do Strategic Talent Acquisition & Executive Search

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for business-critical roles, particularly high-performing B2B sales professionals and software engineering talent across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI, Data, and Product Engineering.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, industry communities, and direct outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, improve hiring quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
• Develop a scalable recruiting engine supported by meaningful hiring metrics while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Sales Talent Acquisition

• Partner with sales leaders to identify and hire top-performing sales professionals.
• Assess commercial capability, sales potential, and long-term fit—not just experience on paper.
• Build a sustainable talent pipeline to support the continued growth of the Sales organization.

Technology Talent Acquisition

• Recruit software engineering and product talent across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI, Data, and related technical disciplines.
• Build long-term relationships with technology communities, universities, and professional networks to create sustainable talent pipelines.

Organization Development

• Partner with leadership on organizational design, role definitions, and workforce planning.
• Help define career paths and create clear development opportunities across the organization.
• Contribute to performance management, promotion, and employee development initiatives.

Culture & People

• Help strengthen the company's culture and overall employee experience.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support managers in building high-performing teams.
• Support initiatives that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and a high-performance culture.

Employer Brand

• Strengthen Okul.com.tr's employer brand across LinkedIn, career platforms, universities, and industry events.
• Help position the company as an employer of choice for exceptional commercial and technology talent.

HR Analytics

Use people data to generate meaningful insights that support workforce planning, hiring effectiveness, and organizational growth. You'll monitor key metrics such as time-to-hire, hiring funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, new hire retention, employee turnover, talent pipeline health, and recruitment channel effectiveness, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve hiring decisions and organizational performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management.
• Strong executive search and direct sourcing experience.
• A proven track record of hiring high-performing sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting software engineering and technology teams.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering closely with founders or senior business leaders.
• Experience building scalable people processes and organizational structures.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to hiring and people decisions.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passion for building company culture and helping organizations grow.
