Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·        Resident in İstanbul Anatolia side or İzmit

·        University degree in Engineering,( Mechanical or Materials&Metallurgy Engineering )

·        At least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. (Sheet metal processing including cutting, bending, welding and painting is required),

·        Experience in automotive industry is a preferred,

·        Experience in roles of technical leaderships such as investment management, maintenance Management, Project Management etc is a preferred

·        Implemented ,Led LEAN manufacturing systems (5S,Kaizen,VSM, Gemba,Poke Yokes; Strong experience with measurables)

·        Strong communication skills, capable of realizing production targets together with the team members directly reporting to him/her; visionary

·        Humble, solution creator not excuses

·        Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills and leadership qualities, quality-oriented and initiative,

·        Ability to coach and mentor employees on  one-on-one basis as well as as a group

·        Fluent  English in speaking and writing

·        Strong analytical skills, eager to succeed with hands-on approach, dynamic and result-oriented, open-minded and cooperative attitude

 Responsibilities

·        Responsible for implementation of production and maintenance targets

·        Responsible for planning of production and maintenance related tasks on shift

·        Ensuring going on production and maintenance process orderly and efficiently in accordance with plans, related rules and law.

·        Coordination and alignment with other functions (supply chain, logistics etc.)

·        Ensuring quality and EHS compliance and maintenance in the Production plant

·        Collaboration in creating safety and environment-related protection concepts

·        Responsible for defining, recording, and controlling of production and maintenance related KPls as customer satisfaction

·        Responsible for creating and updating operational procedures

·        Creates a working environment for qualification measures and the application of optimization tools (e.g. lean management tools)

·        Responsible from checking the daily, weekly and monthly production and maintenance reports

·        Analyzing production and maintenance datas and making strategic suggestions to the Board of Directors,

·        Ensuring production and maintenance processes in a manner that meets the determined cost and quality targets in accordance with production plan.

·        Checking orders are compatible with production plans

·        Checking deadlines and to be sure the products are delivered to the customer on time

·        To make workforce planning and machine capacity and maintenance planning

·        Creating reports within the framework of planning activities and presenting them to the relevant units,

·        Preparing the production and maintenance programs according to the orders.

·        Preparing and presenting business performance reports

·        Determining the necessary raw materials, machinery needs and equipment

·        Ensure that the maintenance, repair, renewal and new investement of all kinds of machinery and installations of production lines are planned and executed on time

·        Coaching his/her team and icreasing their motivation
