We are seeking an International Patient Relations Specialist to join our team in the Plastic Surgery  Healthtourism sector. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of international patients. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of sale, service and care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.

age between 29-35 preferably female

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Public Relations and Advertising, Interpreting (German), Interpreting (English), or International Business.
• Fluency in English (Native) and proficiency in German (Advanced).
• At least 2 years of experience in an International Patient Relations Specialist position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• high persuasion skills in sales
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital communication tools.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model (clinic, home, hospital visits).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, providing them with comprehensive support and assistance.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to provide alternative solutions to patient inquiries and challenges.
• Engage in solution sales and marketing activities to promote services to potential international patients.
• Work flexibly and adapt to changing situations and patient needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.
• Take initiative and responsibility for improving patient relations processes and outcomes.
