IT Helpdesk (Systems & Support)

We are looking for a solution-oriented and motivated team member to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems. This role involves active participation in both technical support and system/infrastructure processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management Information Systems, Computer Programming, or similar),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology,
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems administration,
• Basic knowledge of Java programming,
• Basic knowledge of database operations,
• Familiarity with Front-End technologies (e.g., HTML),
• Experience with WordPress and cPanel management,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Innovative, solution-oriented, and eager to learn,
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities in operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and support audio-visual systems in meeting rooms,
• Maintain and track inventory of audio-visual equipment,
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and related services,
• Perform installation and testing of required hardware and software,
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security configurations,
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and internet access issues,
• Monitor daily backups, system logs, and server performance,
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,
• Set up and manage telecommunications infrastructure, including cabling,
• Perform add/move/change/delete (AMCD) operations,
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory,
• Manage and monitor devices such as printers, modems, and firewalls,
• Administer and monitor camera systems and access records,
• Provide support for related software processes.
