And we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to grow our international D2C business!
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global direct-to-consumer operations across the USA, UK, Germany, Poland, Dubai, and Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for revenue growth in your assigned markets, managing the full digital sales cycle from performance marketing strategy and budget planning to Shopify optimization and team leadership. You will drive measurable sales growth within approved budgets while building a scalable, results-oriented international growth structure.
Key Responsibilities
- International Revenue Growth: Own and drive sales performance across assigned global markets. Ensure revenue targets are achieved within approved marketing budgets.
- Performance Marketing Management: Lead and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and overall profitability.
- Shopify D2C Operations: Oversee and optimize Shopify-based websites to improve conversion rates, user experience, and customer journey performance.
- Tracking and Analytics: Manage and maintain the digital tracking infrastructure, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Merchant Center. Ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Email and Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing automation and influencer collaborations to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a 5-person in-house digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets.
- Budget Planning and Reporting: Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets. Prepare weekly performance reports and present results to senior management.
- International Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with international partners and distributors in English while operating within a Turkish-speaking office environment.
- Digital Channel Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of global digital channel strategies based on product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with proven hands-on D2C sales management in the USA and or UK markets. Experience in international growth management is highly valued.
- Digital Expertise: Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance analytics tools.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret performance data, manage revenue forecasts, and make strategic budget decisions to achieve growth targets.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing in-house teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Language: Fluent English required for international communication. The office working language is Turkish.
