About the Role

We are looking for an International Markets Marketing Manager to lead brand performance across global markets and ensure strong execution of marketing strategies through distributor networks.

This role will be responsible for managing Brand Managers, supporting distributor marketing implementation, contributing to international growth strategy, and ensuring marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.

This is a key position within our Export organization and will report directly to the Export Director.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the performance and development of Brand Managers
  • Define and follow up key performance indicators to ensure structured execution
  • Contribute to brand positioning, portfolio prioritization, and market strategy
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across international markets
  • Support business growth by aligning marketing activities with commercial objectives


Distributor Marketing & Execution Management

  • Ensure implementation of headquarters-driven marketing plans in international markets
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing activities
  • Monitor distributor marketing plans, campaign results, and operational follow-up
  • Participate in business reviews with distributors and support action planning
  • Support preparation and tracking of annual marketing activity plans


Budget Management & Marketing Investment Tracking

  • Support management of international marketing budgets by market and brand
  • Track marketing spend and ensure proper reporting and documentation
  • Evaluate marketing investment proposals together with commercial teams
  • Contribute to ROI analysis of campaigns, events, trade marketing, and digital projects
  • Support efficient use of marketing resources to maximize business impact


Sales Growth Tracking & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor market performance and track growth trends by product and channel
  • Contribute to marketing and sales performance dashboards and reporting systems
  • Analyze campaign impact and highlight improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activities support sales targets


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with HQ Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Sales and Digital Marketing teams
  • Support product launches and local adaptation of marketing communication
  • Support congresses, medical events and brand visibility projects


Strategic Planning & Market Development

  • Contribute to export marketing strategy and market expansion plans
  • Support go-to-market planning for new market entries
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify growth opportunities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Positive Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing (export experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience in consumer health, dietary supplements, OTC, and pharma is preferred
  • Experience working with distributors and international stakeholders is an advantage
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and reporting ability
  • Advanced English
