After Sales Services Leader take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?
- To determine the annual number of services, turnover, and profitability targets in line with the company policies and targets and create an annual business plan.
- Establishing and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives
- Within the framework of the business plan, to check the compliance of the service expenses with the budget and to manage the resources effectively
- To determine the annual investment plans of the service and to ensure its implementation
- Carrying out improvement activities to increase workshop efficiency
- Planning and implementing activities to gain new customers
What are the Required Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments, preferably Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years (3 years managerial) experience in the automotive industry
- Have managerial skills
- Have technical knowledge about after-sales service
- Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills
- Able to think analytically and build systems
- Driving license is a must
