To act as the customer support and sort out any technical / user issues (including registration, purchase, use, etc.) from the customer immediately over the phone, online or on-site and to run internal and external trainings regarding online platforms and products in the pursuit of giving full support.
İŞ TANIMI
- To act as the local customer support, to coordinate with the UK customer support team to provide effective support to institutional and individual customers for the purchase of, access to and use of digital ELT materials
- To train customers (mainly teachers but also admins and students from time to time) regarding the effective use of online platforms face-to-face and online
- To prepare guidelines for the customers (admin, teachers and students) in order to describe them the process thoroughly — both in English and in Turkish
- To analyse new online products (both OUP and competition) and to train the sales team regarding these
- To visit customers to ensure the thorough and the effective use of the platforms, and to be in close contact with them as a part of the market development activities including piloting and pretesting
- To prepare the digital world section of the monthly digital newsletters
- Teaching experience, preferably ELT or ICT / educational technologies (preferred)
- Familiarity / experience with online educational platforms
- Language Accuracy and Fluency (in English and Turkish-- both oral and written)
- ICT Skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of main internet applications, learning management systems, tablet PC applications, new technologies and trends
