Job Description:

Product Scope: Worldwide Renault Group; Renault, Dacia, Samsung and Nissan brands.

• After sales engineering main contact for the after sales engineering Upstream Synthesis Function Team(USFT) pilots, purchasing, marketing, after sales quality, logistics and countries within his/her perimeters of USFT.
• Defines after sales engineering strategy of After sales USFT in collaboration with upstream engineering.
• Manages technical convergence and innovation between after-sales engineering and vehicle engineering through upstream USFTs
• Animate the deployment of USFT part strategy (planning, reporting) through resourcing, monozukuri, standardization, sales mode optimization actions to achieve economic gains
• Reports regularly the progress of after sales engineering actions to the management committee
• Defines technical solutions and innovations to develop an after-sales part offer.
• Capitalizes know-how and propose actions to improve processes in the development of new after sales offers

Requirements Needed:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electric-Electronic Engineering fields
• Minimum 4 years experience in automotive products and product development fields (knowledge in product specifications, test and approval processes, especially brake Disc and pads, air filters, wipers, clutch pressure plates, oil pump, turbo compressor … etc.)
• Very good command in English, French knowledge is a plus.
