As part of the implementation of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)Inventory&Capacity Section, GBS Turkey AFS Log. East Cluster seeks ''Inventory Planners'' for its Global Planning Department.

Successful applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant areas such as  planning , logistics , stock management ,  analysis or related departments. You will work with senior staff, subject matter experts, and junior staff to develop and implement stock/capacity strategies, policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

His/her main mission is to to manage the inventory control and quality  at a Worldwide  level according to customers’ requirements and the capacity of our warehouses.

Ensure that  the medium to long term spare parts S&OP sales plan can be achieved, with minimum deviations to the sales target, by clarifying and negotiating optimized resources allocation and warehouse, transport capacity constraints.

      Optimization of Stock Level

•       Update stock segmentation
•       Monitor level of safety stock at item level
•       Ensure the follow-up of stock level in warehouses
•       Analyse monthly stock landing

 Optimization of Stock Quality

•       Identify item & quantity to be sold to a discounter
•       Monitor all the process from identification of less quality parts to destockage actions
•       Participation to S&OP Cycles
•       Edit KPIs of Inventory Planning
•       Analyse item / commercial families requested by S&OP Cycle in order to generate storage scenarii

 Participation to Projects

•       Estimate impact of flow changes on stock value

•       Results orientated and organised with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines

•       Must be innovative, challenging, and entrepreneurial, believes in continuous improvement and the application of lean principles.
•       Strong attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Required education and experience

•       Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, ,Statistics, Mathematics or Economics.
•       At least  3 years of experience in aftersales business or/and in logistics or/and in retail business
•       Good knowledge of Excel and work with databases + good knowledge of other Microsoft office programs Knowledge of Spotfire is a plus.
•        Fluent French mandatory
