We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir, in Supply Chain Department having the following qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conducting the required production planning and material planning activities,
· Levelling & scheduling and follow-up demands,
· Following production and shipment plans, control activities,
· Creating work orders and tracking the processes,
· Review production plans to identify potential risks,
· Planning and monitoring of material supply and production processes of New Projects (FAI),
· Scrap Orders Planning,
· Capacity PlanningKapasite Planlama
· COGI Check, (Correction of wrong movements on SA)
· Determining the required materials based on production plans,
· Forecasting the raw material supply,
· Creating purchasing requisitions and tracking the production volume,
· Monitoring purchasing orders and conducting the critical material tracking,
· Planning and monitoring raw material supply of New Projects (FAI),
· Conducting the master data maintenance activities,
· Conducting the inventory management,
· Monitoring FG & WIP & RM Stock Levels,
· Stock segmentation activities, (JNI)
· Lot size evaluation and Safety Stock management activities,
· Missing materials root cause analysis and Actual/Budget stock levels reporting,
· Absolute Raw material management.
· Active participation in Continuous Improvement activities and fulfillment of assigned tasks on time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering degree or equivalent education
- SAP knowledge is must.
- Proficient knowledge of English,
- Minimum 3 Year Experience in a similar position
- Complex and analytical thinking regarding business processes and their interaction
- Team, and target and solution-oriented way of working
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system, BDE/BGUI, ZAMIS, AIRINA,
- Good communication skills, well-organized, good in crisis management, attentive, dynamic,
- Being able to live in İzmir,
- Able to travel when needed,
