Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain quality management system processes in compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and company procedures.
• Carry out activities to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.
• Act as the primary quality representative for customer complaints and customer-reported issues, ensuring timely containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer communication.
• Support daily quality assurance activities within production and assembly processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and control required quality documentation, control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, and inspection standards.
• Conduct necessary inspection, audit, and control activities.
• Participate in the development and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions together with the team.
• Collaborate with Project, Production, and other departments to ensure product conformity to specifications and support sustainable customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Materials, or related disciplines).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC).
• Familiarity with quality management systems, especially IATF 16949.
• Experience with customer quality management.
• Knowledge of quality problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
