Procurement & Logistics Executive

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, coordinating domestic and international logistics operations, and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials to support business operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to cost optimization, supplier performance, and efficient supply chain management while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, International Trade & Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience using ERP systems 
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international logistics operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order management.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of materials to support production and business operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable service and continuous improvement.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries, proactively resolving procurement and logistics-related issues.
• Analyze procurement and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records in the ERP system and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
