About Job
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in export & import customer service, preferably within chemical sales organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Strong customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders located in different countries
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders and coordinate with the factory planning department to ensure timely production and shipment
- Coordinate shipments with the logistics department and keep customers informed throughout the order and delivery process
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and ensure that the best possible solutions are identified and implemented
- Work closely with Sales Directors located in different parts of the world to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide operational support to overseas subsidiaries whenever necessary
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service quality
- Provide operational and customer service support to sales teams, particularly when they are travelling or working in the field
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among customers, sales planning, logistics, finance, and other relevant departments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and operational efficiency
