Qualifications:

• Chemistry degree and minimum 1-3 year experience in production, operations, Quality or QC , preferable in the coatings Industry
• Know-how of the products and their usage
• Production equipment and process knowledge
• Laboratory equipment and application process knowledge
• Capability to analyze non-conformities and design improvement plans
• Proficient in English
• Planning & Organization skills
• Manage complexity
• Problem solving attitude

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the laboratory activities ensuring the compliance with all the company standards (quality, cost, 5S) and report to deparment manager
• Supporting to EH&S requirements,  implement all requirements into Booths and Laboratories. Provide instructions and systems related with EH&S  requirements. Following the EH&S activities inside plant
• Supervising incoming Raw material quality control process
• Analyzing and reporting  Customer Complaints
• Following and preparing Weekly, Monthly  and Yearly reports Related with QC control department
• Responsibility of quality control reports to the Quality Control Lab Manager
• Assist technical departments in solving and preventing quality problems of products 
• Supervise the installation, putting in service and rearrangement of the laboratory equipment
• Prepare the quality and safety documentation for the laboratory (control plans, test methods, instructions, etc)
• Conduct calibration (laboratory and production equipment) and capability studies (Gage R&R for laboratory equipment)
• Plan and supervise the preventive maintenance activities for the laboratory equipment
• Participate in the continuous improvement (quality, cost, timing) in all above the mentioned areas
• Supporting to SSPL stock management with plant team and follow up rework process in production
• Follow up secure new product launch activities with plant and technical team on remote locations
