GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

- Graduated from Mechanical, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities.

· Proficient in English (writing, reading and comprehension will be interviewed in English).

· Able to read, understand, analyze and detail technical projects and technical specifications in English.

· Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques.

· Good coordination skills.

· Strong belief in teamwork.

· Planning, prioritization, organization and communication skills.

· Willing to work in teams and working with different cultures.

· Dynamic, willing to learn and self-development.

· Having a financial perspective, advanced profit and loss logic.

· Responsible, who completes the tasks assigned to him with a proactive and result-oriented approach by following them from start to finish.

· No restrictions on domestic and international travel.

· Male candidates must have completed military service.

· At least 5 years of experience in project management processes and/or production and quality processes in the metal heavy industry. Experience in the design, manufacture and installation of structural steel, pressure/non-pressure vessels, boilers, steel chimneys , industrial storage tanks and pressure piping systems will be advantageous.

- Candidates who have been involved in the follow-up processes for import and export transactions, who know the delivery methods, and who have experience or knowledge of the transportation process will be advantageous.

· Company location Istanbul European Side Seyrantepe Porta Vadi Tower , Transportation will be provided by the candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Analyzing and technical resolution of requests from the customer, including projects and technical specifications.

· Ensuring communication with customers, preparing, following and reporting offers.Placing and tracking product orders and conducting international and domestic correspondence.

· Supporting the design team on technical drawing control, transfer of customer requirements and engineering changes.

· To follow all engineering, quality, production and logistics related steps, especially technical issues, from the stage of receiving the offer to the completion of the production and send to the customer, to solve problems and to coordinate with the relevant departments in this sense.

· To carry out communication with the customer & project team abroad to negotiate and finalize technical issues with their technical teams.

· Performing technical customer management and ensuring communication and coordination between the customer and the project team.

· Carrying the project responsibility of the product throughout its life cycle and contributing to the engineering change process when necessary.

· Development and implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets.

· Support of start of production and ramp-up of new production lines and new products

· Responsibility for and support of R&D Projects.Creating projects to reach new markets and customers.

· Preparation of project flow diagrams (Flow Diagrams, P&ID).
