Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT/OT infrastructure, communication, office, and plant setups.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain Data Center environmental and monitoring equipment to deliver required service levels.
- Follow up personally and with third parties to monitor all IT/OT resources.
- Prepare all purchasing forms, manage IT/OT stocks, and record all purchases. Maintain equipment lists and prepare fixed asset labeling.
- Contribute to identifying innovative IT/OT solutions aligned with strategic goals for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Build detailed reports on IT/OT infrastructure, providing insights and assessments for hardware, software, and license needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of different OT systems and devices, ensuring network connectivity and interoperability.
- Develop and document network standards, guidelines, and best practices for the manufacturing environment.
- Assist clients in day-to-day functionality, providing responsive support for various IT/OT needs.
- Work with vendors and service providers when required.
- Hold a B Class driving license and have the ability to travel between company locations.
Qualification and Skills:
1.Background
- Graduated from relevant Computer Science departments at universities.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting and integrating OT systems.
- Prove your capability in managing projects for manufacturing process control applications, supporting hardware and software solutions, and maintaining databases.
- Possess adept negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of Service Management and associated frameworks.
- Exhibit an advanced proficiency in the English language.
2.Skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux Server Family products with extensive experience.
- Skilled in server hardware installation, management, and maintenance.
- Seasoned in storage solutions, including San, Nas, iSCSI, and FC.
- Demonstrated expertise in virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
- Well-versed in backup solutions with hands-on experience.
- Experienced in networking, covering Switches, Routers, Firewall, AP, WLC.
- Display familiarity with Data Centre Components and Technologies.
- Proven track record in Workplace environments.
- In-depth experience with Windows 10 & 11.
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Office 2021 / Office 365.
- Expertise in MDM and mobile device support (iOS, Android).
- Advanced knowledge of Laptop/Desktop and Printer hardware.
- Prove the ability to apply technology effectively in intricate manufacturing environments.
- Exhibit strong Industrial Networking proficiency, encompassing expertise in firewall rule development, troubleshooting, Windows-based PC applications, industrial networks, TCP/IP connectivity.
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in OT systems and infrastructure.
- Showcase proficiency in managing structured cabling infrastructure.
- Experience in documentation and knowledge base management.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a dedicated focus on customer service.
