We are looking for “HR Business Partner” who will be included in our success

story for a growing team of PEC Global Group Companies, which are Pulver Powder Coatings,

Elastron Theromoplastic Elastomers and Conta Flexible Products, with more than 700 employees based on domestic and overseas locations.

About PEC Global:

Pulver Powder Coatings is the largest powder coating company in Turkey, and ranks second in Europe; has been exporting the greatest amount of coating in Turkey and has 5 offices based in Europe including Germany, Russia Moscow, Russia Kazan, Romania, and Ukraine.

Elastron Thermoplastic Elastomers is a global thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) producing company located in Turkey has offices in North America, China, Germany and exports to over 50 countries. 

Conta Flexible Products manufacture a wide variety of sealing products ranging from PVC window profiles, aluminum profiles, wooden door/ window profiles, white goods, refrigerators, pipe clamps,

toolboxes, food containers to transport trail with production plants in Turkey, China, and USA

The "HR Business Partner" is responsible for handling all Employe Life Cycle processes such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organization Management, Labor Relations, Career Management, Exit Process, Disciplinary Process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management or Engineerings,
• 4+ years of HR experience, in manufacturing companies,
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Good level of knowledge regarding Turkish Labor Law,
• Advance level of English,
• Self motivated and result oriented,
• Valid driving licence,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Located in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli,

Responsiblities

• Being first HR contact for the account he/she will be responsible,
• Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,
• Taking part in related HR projects whether as project leader or project member,
• Working with department heads, managers or countries to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions and projects,
• Operating Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organization Management, Labor Relations, Career Management, Exit Process, Disciplinary Process of related account.
