Q Food & Beverage one of the leading restaurant company in Türkiye. We're currently looking for  Senior Corporate Lawyer.The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating the execution of agreements (in both Turkish and English), protocols, and other legally binding documents to which group companies are parties,
• Supporting the drafting, revising, and negotiating of a wide range of agreements, including franchise, lease, supply, procurement, and license agreements,
• Coordinating the legal matters and corporate documents of our subsidiaries in overseas,
• Preparation and review of corporate legal documentation in Türkiye and the UAE, including legal notices, shareholders’ and board resolutions, managers’ resolutions, signature circulars, authorized signatory documents, and powers of attorney,
• Providing legal consultancy on general corporate governance matters, companies law and law of obligations,
• Conducting legal research and analysis regarding matters referred by relevant departments and business units; preparing legal opinions, providing guidance to group companies, and delivering legal support for related projects and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and admitted to a Turkish Bar,
• Qualified lawyer with 10 years of experience,
• Knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Dynamic, self-motivated and solution oriented,
• Advanced analytic thinking skills,
• Strong communication and team player skills,
• Preferably with experience in the food industry.
