As a Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Asset Engineer at Huawei, you will be the custodian of our critical data center infrastructure and lab ecosystems. Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the site manager in daily management of data center assets, including but not limited to IT equipment and cables.

2. Take the lead in completing site receiving and shipment, inbound and outbound, acceptance, counting, asset reconciliation, put-on-shelf asset and equipment records, and asset fault repair registration.

3. Implement the site asset management process and deploy automation tools.

4. Assist the site manager in arranging warehouse standardization.

5. When the registrant, site manager, and asset administrator are changed, assist in asset counting and work handover.

6. The lab administrator is responsible for network processing, environment setup, and routine O&M of the lab.

7. Complete the physical security management and data security management of the data center according to the company's security management regulations.

Recruitment requirements:

1. College degree or above, at least 2 years working experience, logistics management, transportation, engineering management, computer related major preferred;

2. On-site work experience in warehouse management, equipment room, weak-current room, and data center is preferred.

3. Strong communication skills, digital coordination skills, and learning skills, understand basic IT knowledge, and be proficient in using Excel software.

4. No record of bad behavior, serious, careful, patient, good service awareness, teamwork spirit, and hard work. None criminal record, the following personalities are preferred: careful, patient, good team-working skills

5 Handle urgent tasks, work orders, and project delivery during non-working hours.

6. Bilingual fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal communication)

7. Must hold valid work authorization for the country of employment 

8. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel when required
