Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, quick-learning, and motivated Fresh Graduate IT Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure and Networking team. In this role, you will play an active part in managing VMware and Cisco-based infrastructures, integrating virtualization solutions, and learning/applying Huawei's enterprise cloud and data center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Virtualization Management: Assist in the daily operations, monitoring, and resource management of VMware vSphere/ESXi environments and virtual machines (VMs).
Network Infrastructure Support: Participate in the basic configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco switching and routing devices.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor the performance of servers, storage, and virtualization layers, working alongside senior engineers to resolve bottlenecks.
Technology Transformation: Learn Huawei’s proprietary data center and virtualization solutions and contribute to their integration with existing infrastructures.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system setups, network topologies, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Graduation Requirement: This position is strictly open to recent graduates who completed their degree in 2025 or 2026.
Strong theoretical understanding of virtualization concepts, preferably with hands-on experience in VMware product suites (vSphere, Workstation, etc.) through internship or university projects.
Solid foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI model, VLAN, Routing concepts), ideally with CCNA-level knowledge.
Excellent command of written and spoken English to effectively follow technical documentation and communicate with global teams.
Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
