Qualifications

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering or related department
  
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  
• Must have equipment maintenance experience within an automotive production environment
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• To have the knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and/or electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatics
• Having B class driving licience

Job Description

• To apply the system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• To work in accordance with the quality policy and the quality objectives.
• To recognize the organizational and the hierarchical structure of the company and to work in this structure.
  
• To undertake the responsibility of planning, auditing, monitoring and improving the activities that will meet the external and internal customer expectations and ensure continuous improvement in line with the company's vision, strategic goals, policy and working ethics policy.
  
• To ensure that the machinery and the utilities are maintained operating.
  
• To prepare, issue, to ensure the implementation of the Annual Maintenance Plan for the continuance of the production plan, and to keep the related records. To inform the related departments/divisions in the event of changing of the maintenance plan.         
  
• To work with the Quality Department, Occupational Safety Specialist and the Production Department in the preparing and implementing of the instructions of machinery use and the safety measures.
  
• To keep the records of the non-conformity situations and the malfunctions determined by itself in the related form, to ensure that the related departments are informed and that the necessary definitions are made on the machinery.                        
  
• To keep and follow up the records of the energy consumption, and to report to the management team, and to initiate the improvement actions when needed for the purpose of energy management.
  
• To prevent the usage of the malfunctioning machinery.
  
• To ensure that the maintenance spare parts storage are subjected to the counting process, to follow up the inventory of the spare parts, and to ensure that the storage is organized.
  
• To give orders for the maintenance spare parts on a monthly basis to maintain the inventory levels at the appropriate level.
