We are searching for dynamic members for one of our rapidly growing organization RBS Ravago Factory ;

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineerings
• 2–5 years of experience in heavy industry or continuous manufacturing processes (experience in stone wool, glass wool, ceramic, cement, or glass industries is highly preferred). Familiarity with PLC / SCADA systems and the ability to interpret process data
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence practices,
• Strong analytical and data management skills,
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and reporting.
• Adaptability to shift work patterns when required.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Analytical, detailed , able to take responsibility and initiative,
• Able to work actively in dynamic and interdisciplinary project teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and maintain the efficiency of the entire stone wool production line, including melting, fiberization, forming, curing, and cutting stages.
• Fine-tune process parameters to minimize raw material waste, optimize energy consumption, and reduce overall production costs.
• Monitor daily production KPIs (OEE, scrap rates, yield) and prepare performance reports for the plant management.Contributing to the achievement of the factory’s safety, environmental, and sustainability targets by promoting safe working practices, meeting regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Promoting safe working practices, observing working conditions, identifying and taking actions to ensure a working environment that meets OHS legal requirements.
• Conducting studies to increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and productivity for the production lines under her/his responsibility.
• Leading detailed investigations into production and process issues, carrying out root cause analysis, involving cross-functional teams, and delivering robust, lasting solutions
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing structured trials for materials, products, and processes, following Management of Change procedures and collaborating closely with stakeholders to optimise efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Delivering measurable cost improvements by analysing production costs, identifying opportunities for savings, and supporting savings activities with data-driven inputs to achieve measurable cost improvements.
• Assisting in the successful commissioning of new equipment in investment projects and providing necessary support to the investment team.
• Maintaining precise process settings, communicating operational changes effectively to stakeholders, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a timely manner, and providing training to develop the skills and knowledge of production teams
• Playing a key role in factory shutdown and downtime planning by identifying critical cleaning, maintenance, and upgrade requirements, assisting with the successful commissioning of new equipment, and implementing initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity
