Indirect Purchasing Specialist

Job Purpose:
- To manage indirect procurement spend with a strategic approach, generate cost reduction opportunities through data-driven category management, and develop sustainable procurement solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement,
- Strong capability in spend analysis and data-driven reporting,
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency,
- Proficiency in MS Office tools,
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills,
- Ability to manage multiple categories and complex sourcing projects,
- Strategic thinking and solution development capability,
- Valid driving license with the ability to actively drive,
- No restrictions for international and domestic travel.
- For male candidates, completion of military service,
- Residing in or able to relocate to a location with easy access to Maslak/Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform historical spend analysis to identify savings opportunities,
- Develop alternative cost reduction scenarios and present recommendations to stakeholders,
- Move beyond quotation-based sourcing by implementing category-based procurement approaches,
- Monitor market dynamics and price trends to anticipate budget impact,
- Build and maintain a structured savings pipeline with regular reporting,
- Work closely with business units to define needs and develop optimized procurement solutions,
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and define improvement actions,
- Lead commercial negotiations and support decision-making using a total cost of ownership approach,
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (needs analysis–contracting–implementation–performance follow-up),
- Contribute actively to procurement strategy development,
- Execute cost optimization initiatives aligned with company policies and ethics.
