Compliance Monitoring Operational Sr. Specialist

The primary role of Compliance Monitoring - Operational Senior Specialist is to verify, by monitoring activity in the fields of flight operations, crew training, crew planning and ground operations, that the standards required by the relevant Authorities, and any additional requirements defined by Redstar, are being carried out under the supervision of the Compliance Monitoring – Operational Executive.

•  Compliance Monitoring - Operational Senior Specialist has the responsibility and authority that includes
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining that processes needed for the Compliance Monitoring System,
• Reporting to Compliance Monitoring – Operational Executive on the performance of the Compliance Monitoring System and any need for improvement,
• Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Compliance Monitoring System,
• Establishing and issuing proper rules and methods complying with the regulations, company rules, and Compliance Monitoring System,
• Reviewing all documentation prepared by the relevant departments to prevent conflicts between other internal and external documentation and legislation before being published and issue Compliance Monitoring System evaluation approval,
• Developing audit plans, managing, and conducting audits in accordance with the methods defined within the Compliance Monitoring System,
• Keeping files and records for Compliance Monitoring System including audit schedules, inspections and audit reports, corrective action reports, follow-up and closure reports,
• Planning, organizing, and realizing the Compliance Monitoring System trainings and the trainings requested by their relevant departments,
• Controlling certification, training, and records of employees of relevant departments,
• Performing additional related tasks requested by the Compliance Monitoring – Operational Executive.

 Job Requirements                    

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduation from aviation schools or engineering faculties,
• Having at least 5 years of working experience in similar position at civil aviation industry,
• Having at least 3 years of auditing experience in the area of flight operation and crew planning,
• ISO 9001 Quality, SHT-OPS, SHT-FTL, SAFA and relevant operation regulation knowledge,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Turkish,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
