We are looking for a Medical Operations Specialist to join Redstar Aviation and become part of a dynamic team delivering critical medical support in air ambulance operations.
Job Description
- Taking part in domestic and international flights,
- Ensuring that all medications, consumables, and medical equipment of the Air Ambulance are maintained in a flight-ready condition,
- Preparing the required reports and keeping all necessary records.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from high school, vocational school, or university departments of Emergency Medical Technician / Paramedic / Anesthesia / Nursing,
- Preferably holding certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, Trauma, and Resuscitation courses,
- Minimum two years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Intensive Care Unit (Neonatal, Pediatric, and Adult), Operating Room, Hospital Emergency Departments, or Ground Ambulance services. Applicants must provide documentation from their previous institutions proving their experience in the relevant field,
- Good command of English,
- No travel restrictions,
- Residing or able to reside on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul,
- Strong team player,
- Excellent communication skills.
