Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for an In Room Dining Manager reporting to the F&B Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown;

Qualifications

·        Associate degree or higher (a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is preferred).

·        At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

·        Outstanding communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills

·        Strong leadership and management skills.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and energy.

·        High level of problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

·        Prioritizes guest satisfaction

·        Advanced level of English or Russian

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications.

·        Financial perspective and strong analytical thinking skills

·        Meets high service and quality standards

·        Open to new ideas and committed to fostering innovation

·        Capable of developing new talent, supporting and implementing initiatives

Job Description

·        Monitoring service standards and informing staff about the standards when necessary

·        Knowing and tracking the strategic goals of the F&B department

·        Offering suggestions to increase sales

·        Conducting general inspections to monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and repair of materials, as well as preparing a list of needs

·        Guiding employees to collaborate and monitoring their attire and grooming standards

·        Assuming all duties and responsibilities of the Service Manager in their absence

·        Engaging with guests to obtain feedback on service quality and reporting it to a supervisor

·        Being familiar with hotel procedures.
