• Graduated from Engineering departments preferably Mining, Mechanical, Chemistry, Industry 
• Min 8 years of experience in production facilities;
• Advanced level of English both writing and speaking;
• Open to travel;
• Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

About the job 

•      Will be responsible for managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards including:
•     Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure the effective use of labor, tools, plant and equipment and to coordinate production output with inventory requirements;
•        Analyzing production and operational data;
•       Matching the organization's resources with demand to maximize output and minimize production costs.
•      Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
•    Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
•      Ensuring that all work and production processes are carried out in accordance with our general occupational health and safety procedures
•     To carry out projects and studies in order to reduce the frequency of breakdowns inBeneficiations Plants  and to increase efficient and actual working times of Facilities
•      To contribute to the technical development of the personnel reporting to him/her, being the right role model for the team reporting to him/her
•     To play a role in managing processes in coordination and accurate communication with other departments and with our global teams.
