In Türkiye, approximately 8,000 valued team members serve our guests across a variety of hospitality concepts in Antalya, Muğla and Istanbul.

We are looking for talented team members to join Infinia Vacation Club, operating within our strong hospitality group, in the “Closer” position based in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct professional face-to-face sales presentations with VIP and premium-segment guests,

·       Present long-term vacation membership programs tailored to guests’ needs,

·       Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable membership options,

·       Lead sales negotiations and successfully close sales,

·       Build trusted guest relationships and maintain a high standard of service,

·       Monitor sales targets and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

·       Experience in vacation ownership, timeshare, vacation clubs, luxury hospitality, real estate or premium sales is preferred,

·       Proven experience in face-to-face sales, negotiation and closing deals,

·       Strong presentation, persuasion, professional representation and customer relationship skills,

·       Target-driven, disciplined, proactive and able to work effectively in a team,

·       Advanced spoken and written Turkish; good English and/or Russian is preferred,

·       Flexible to work across locations, adapt to operational schedules and travel when required,

·       Valid Category B driving licence and active driving experience.

·       Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
