In Türkiye, approximately 8,000 valued team members serve our guests across a variety of hospitality concepts in Antalya, Muğla and Istanbul.

We are looking for talented team members to join Infinia Vacation Club, operating within our strong hospitality group, in the “Pro Info” position based in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

·       Establish a professional and welcoming first point of contact with guests,

·       Introduce long-term vacation membership programs and provide initial information,

·       Identify prospective customers and conduct preliminary needs assessments,

·       Arrange and coordinate qualified appointments for the sales team,

·       Refer guests to the appropriate sales professionals and ensure effective team coordination,

·       Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

·       Experience in vacation clubs, guest relations, luxury hospitality, tourism or pre-sales is preferred,

·       Skilled in guest engagement, lead qualification and appointment setting,

·       Strong communication, professional representation, organization and follow-up skills,

·       Guest-focused, proactive and effective in a team environment,

·       Advanced spoken and written Turkish; good English and/or Russian is preferred,

·       Flexible to work across locations, adapt to operational schedules and travel when required,

·       Valid Category B driving licence and active driving experience.

·       Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
