Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or economics. 
Preferably 1 year smilar position experience 
Strong analytical skills with attention to details
Sound of understanding database administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in excel from intermediate to advanced formula and function knowledge
Advanced level of English
Proven success at multitasking, hitting deadlines and working in a fast paced environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders

İŞ TANIMI

Participate in development and implementation of major sales initiatives including target setting and territory structure planning 
Calculation of incentive payments at the end of each incentive period
Ensure that profiling and classification processes are effectively executed by the sales force and in line with marketing strategies
Work with local and regional IT team to ensure that the basic CRM functionalities are in place to ensure an efficient planning and monitoring of the sales force
Analysis of sales force related data and provide insights to drive sales performance
Contribute to sales reports preparation, control and distribution process
Participate in development and implementation of SFE dashboards and other reporting tools
