REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering Departments is preferred
  • Native or almost-native in written and spoken English 
  • Fluently speak at least one of the following languages as a second language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various assignments
  • Great organizational skills and persistence, attention to detail 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in the research, price study, and preparation of quotes as per the customers’ request for quotation (RFQ) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Research and prepare shipping quotes as per the customers’ requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer to any customer queries related to a quote with the aim of successfully securing and fulfilling a Purchase Order from start to finish.
  • Chasing payments, both for outstanding and for old POs.
  • Respond to customers’ requests for updates on a PO.
  • Respond to all requests, inquiries, etc. Made by assigned customers.
  • Support with updating and keeping system documents and the SAP system current.
  • In scheduled overtime hours, prepare quotes as per the customers’s RFQ and respond to any customer requests.
  • Follow customer confidentiality protocols which do not allow for the sharing of information with third parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the company’s procedures, private information and/or intellectual property rights.
  • Perform other duties asked of him/her that are within the scope of this position.
  • Perform competitor analysis, including competitors' products, pricing strategies, market positioning, and commercial activitie
  • Prepare and present regular sales, market intelligence, pipeline, and performance reports to management.

  • Represent the company at customer meetings, international exhibitions or industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing
