Website Technical Administrator

We are looking for a ''Website Technical Administrator'' with the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree,
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people,
• A solid technical background using a variety of programs and the desire/ability to learn new ones,

-Must be comfortable with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Premier (Captivate and InDesign a plus); Microsoft’s and Google’s suites of programs; HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Can find creative solutions to technical problems and enjoys working with data,
• Is well-organized and very detail oriented,
• Can work independently and collaboratively,
• Has experience managing a variety of tasks while working within a structured production schedule,
• Experience in K-12 Education or online learning would be an asset,
• Social media knowledge and experience would be appreciated,
• A positive attitude, flexible approach, and a good sense of humor strongly desired,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Course setup and customization in LMS—Participant enrollment management in SEV Academy website, Hümanist, and Blackboard; content customization for different schools, cohorts, levels, etc.; support internal stakeholders with the functionality, setup, and use of core online learning support programs (Blackboard, Panopto, etc.).
• Course management— Participant activity tracking, data analysis and reporting of engagement; troubleshooting and technical support for participants in active programs.
• Website management— Content curation and ongoing updates (new programs, rotating content, blog posts); liaise with website vendor for updates and modifications to site structure; manage social media messaging, and monitoring of discussion forums.
