QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking a Market Research and Customer Experience Responsible who has the will and ambition to work in Marketing Department of Weber Turkey’s Izmir Plant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Industrial Engineering Departments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in market researches and customer experience functions
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Good command of MS Office Programs
• Having analytical thinking skills
• Team player with strong planning and organizational skills
• Residency / willing to reside in Izmir

JOB DESCRIPTION

The suitable candidate will be responsible from and expected to be experienced in;

• Following the relevant projects within the scope of customer experience and leading the necessary projects
• Planning and analyzing market researches to better understand the voice of customers
• Researching and developing methods to better understand customers' expectations
• Tracking reports, contributing to campaigns and conducting communication with suppliers for effective customer loyalty programs
• Being in contact with research institutes, public enterprises and related suppliers
• Contributing to trainings when necessary, and conducting organizations
