We are seeking a Claims Consultant, specialized in marine and transportation claims for a Risk Management and Consulting company, established in 2016 serving international brokers and insurance companies.

Job Description

·       Having a good understanding of marine and transportation claims, in particular CMR and FFL

·       Monitor, analyse changes in the market 

·       Negotiating with local and global insurance markets to obtain best terms for our clients in case of any losses

·       Coordinate communication and information flow between clients and insurance & reinsurance market

·       Creating solutions to clients with multiple options.

·       Support all operational process including preperation of claims settlement documents etc.

·       Communicating and collaborating with underwriting, claims, finance and other related teams when necessary

Qualifications

·       University degree from a reputable university

·       5+ years' of experience in the insurance & reinsurance sector, or as an insurance & reinsurance broker

·       Familiar with reinsurance regulations in local and global markets

·       Familiar with logistics industry

·       Fluent in both written and spoken English is an must

·       Strong analytical and communication skills

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and adaptability to new software

·       Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional

·       Ability to understand clients’ needs & expectations

·       Strong negotiation, presentation, communication skills

·       No travel disability
