Spare Parts Manager

The Spare Parts Manager will manage all operational processes from the spare parts of our company. This position has a critical role in managing supplier relationships, controlling, and ensuring the best possible after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and manage the spare parts sales and procurement processes
• Regularly control and optimize spare parts inventory
• Able to calculate the obselence report
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate materials and pricing
• Analyze spare parts demands to ensure the proper quantities are sourced
• Organize spare parts supply and distribution to ensure customer satisfaction in after-sales services
• Report on spare parts sales and inventory levels
• Oversee the shipment loading-unloading
• Handling day-to-day Warehouse activities and the customer complaints
• Resolve issues related to spare parts and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure team coordination and provide training to staff when necessary
• All Spare Parts report managing to the board

Qualifications:

• University degree (preferably in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• At least 10 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or supply chain
• Good command of English is a must
• SAP software knowledge is a must
• Experience in the tractor or automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Team-oriented with leadership skills
