We are looking for a Sales and Coordination Manager to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul, for CoreX Chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same product group or industrial intermediate chemicals sector.
• Advanced level of English.
• A second language is a plus, especially Spanish.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, global mindset, and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate and align regional sales teams with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
• Manage key customer, distributor, and partner relationships.
• Support pricing, contract negotiations, and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance, reporting, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, production, finance, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and support product development.
