Our company is looking to appoint a member to its Strategic Customers Management team, a "Key Account Executive" with required qualifications as;
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• University graduate, preferably from an engineering or business faculty.
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Relations and/or Sales.
• Proficient in logistics operations and processes, with proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and representation abilities.
• Capable of effective reporting, with robust planning and follow-up skills.
• A team player with a high sense of responsibility and a customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English.
• Holder of a Category B driver's license.
• No travel restrictions.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure the continuity of services provided to the Strategic Customer Portfolio under his/her responsibility based on the current service expectations.
• Play an active role in increasing and diversifying the service segments offered within the same Strategic Customer Portfolio.
• Monitor and report that the services rendered for existing contract-based projects are executed in accordance with the contractual KPIs.
• In cases where the expected KPI values are not met, evaluate the processes with both external and internal customers and lead the initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Manage all commercial processes for the responsible customers, including price escalations, contract management, and pricing of new services.
