We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and sustainable growth within the assigned territory in line with defined business objectives. 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual order intake and revenue targets while maximizing equipment profit margins. 
  • Develop and execute effective sales channel strategies, tactical action plans, and territory management approaches. 
  • Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. 
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential customers and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives. 
  • Deliver customer-centric, value-based solutions aligned with identified needs; lead presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization processes end-to-end. 
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and target achievement. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty through regular engagement, structured follow-ups, and strategic account management. 
  • Coordinate the entire sales cycle with strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between pre-sales, technical, operational, and after-sales teams. 

Your qualifications and experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within healthcare. 
  • Experience in selling imaging solutions is considered a strong advantage. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
  • High level of business acumen, including financial literacy, market positioning, healthcare industry knowledge, and customer insight.
  • Solid understanding of commercial processes, contract management, and organizational business practices.
  • In-depth awareness of customer environments and decision-making dynamics.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and performance-driven mindset with strong team orientation.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industry. 
    • At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within healthcare.

    • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
