About Job

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Marmara region.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management within the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving experience
  • No restrictions for domestic and/or international travel
  • Experience working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven problem-solving, sales, and negotiation abilities



Job Description

  • Create and maintain professional customer portfolios and records
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Manage, coach, train, and evaluate the performance of the sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Support customers in adopting new products and facilitate issue resolution
  • Establish effective communication strategies and build trust with clients
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on business opportunities; support order intake across product lines
  • Assist and participate in key project sales and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and promote target customers within the construction machinery and heavy equipment industry
  • Take responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies, sales processes, and cost control measures for existing and target customers
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and headquarters
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, define and monitor performance metrics, and take necessary actions to meet current and future market needs while improving profitability
