Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from universities, preferably in engineering, computer science, or fields such as labor economics and industrial relations, economics, and business administration.
- 10 years of experience as a human resources manager in Defense Industry or Software companies.
- Advanced level of proficiency in English.
- Proficient in labor law, Social Security Institution regulations and practices, Occupational Health and Safety, Social Security Institution and Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) incentive practices.
- Experienced in human resources processes such as 360 Performance Evaluation, compensation, career management, and human resources planning.
- Experienced in digitization activities of human resources processes.
- Capable of conducting training needs analysis and managing training planning processes.
- Familiar with IT recruitment processes and technologies.
- Experienced in employee motivation activities.
- Able to periodically present Human Resources activity and development reports to senior management.
- Able to contribute to the organization's vision and values with innovative activities and thoughts.
- Capable of providing feedback to employees' requests and complaints to ensure a positive work environment.
- Solution-oriented, possessing problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Advanced negotiation and mediation skills.

- Leading the determination and implementation process of the company's human resources strategy.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating human resources policies and procedures.
- Managing and improving personnel processes.
- Developing strategies to meet the company's future needs by enhancing the talent pool.
- Implementing and managing 360-degree performance evaluation systems. Setting, monitoring, and evaluating performance goals.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Developing and managing Occupational Health and Safety training and awareness programs.
- Ensuring compliance with Labor Law, Social Security Institution regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- Managing relationships with relevant government agencies and conducting necessary reporting.
- Planning and implementing activities to increase employee motivation and satisfaction.
