Job Description:  

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented professional to manage our international warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes end-to-end. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipments from Turkey to our overseas warehouses, ensuring accurate stock management, and overseeing customer order execution for chain store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and track shipments from Turkey to overseas warehouses  

- Manage inbound processes, unloading, and system entries in ERP (IFS preferred)  

- Ensure stock accuracy and monitor inventory levels across international warehouses  

- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries  

- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal departments  

- Handle invoicing processes and ensure documentation accuracy  

- Identify operational issues and proactively implement improvements  

- Maintain clear communication with international stakeholders  

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, prefarably in Industrial Engineering 

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS is a strong plus)  

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes  

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, export operations, or warehouse management  

- Good command of English (written and spoken)  

- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills  

- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
