QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales,
  • Preferably worked in the Lighting sector or Electricity-Energy sectors,
  • Able to travel abroad and living to Rusia,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Russian (native language),
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Good command of MS Office software,
  • Competent in teamwork,
  • Valid driving license and active driver ,
  • Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills,
  • Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures.

  • Continue to build relationships and network with the industry's leading players
  • Develop plans and strategies in coordination with the regional manager to achieve the regional sales target.
  • Communicate regularly with all international clients and clients in Russia through customer visits, shows and interviews.
  • Tracking customer payments ensures that the financial debts are compatible with the company's and customer's accounts.
  • Analyzing the business models and demands of the customers, carrying out the necessary studies and coordination to fulfill these demands
  • Develop technical solutions and prepare proposals
  • Collaborate with the center to determine the optimum pricing strategy for the offers.
  • Coordinate commercial, legal, logistics and other relevant teams during proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Follow internal processes from order to shipment by coordinating relevant teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after-sales support.
  • It plans and organizes the daily work schedule with the sales support team, serves existing accounts, prepares offers and receives orders.
  • Inform management by sending activity and results reports such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual regional analysis.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
  • Perform competitor analysis, create and maintain processes for competitor assessment.
  • Present the portfolio at exhibitions and summits, give seminars to market professionals, publish technical articles for industry media, collaborate closely with interested parties to conduct marketing communications activities.
